Welfare Rights

The Welfare Rights service is one of the oldest and most popular of all of the services offered at DD.

 We make sure that you are in a position where you know exactly what your entitlement to benefits is and do everything we can to make sure you get them by doing the following: 

·        Benefit Checks: we’ll discuss your circumstances and make sure you’re getting all you’re entitled to – and then identify anything else.

·        Form filling – we’ll complete all of your benefit claim forms for you to give you the best possible chance.

·        Appeals – if you’re turned down for a benefit and think you shouldn’t have been, we’ll take you right the way through the appeals process from helping fill in the appeals form to representing you at a tribunal and beyond.
